Our History
Tarshiha Electrical Contracting (TELCO) was established in Abu Dhabi in 1975. From its humble beginnings, it began taking small electrical work around Abu Dhabi and slowly expanding its resources and capabilities.
Since its establishment, TELCO has taken numerous projects
which include residential towers, commercial towers, villas
and villa compounds, Mosques, schools, hospitals, hotels, and
entertainment facilities. The experience TELCO acquired since
its establishment allows it to take many diverse projects.
TELCO formed its general maintenance and fit-out division in
1995 after careful environmental analysis proved there was a strong demand. Telco strived to provide total turn-key solutions for its clients along with providing a maintenance services. Since 1995, TELCO has won annual maintenance contracts with some if the UAE’s most reputable organizations like the Ministry of Presidental Affairs, Emirates National Schools, First Gulf Bank, The American Embassy of Abu Dhabi, The Embassy of France – Abu Dhabi, ADCO, and various others. In addition, we have been awarded multiple fit-out and renovation projects that we are able to self-deliver with TELCO’s in-house resources. In 2016, the TELCO family developed a strategic path for its future and outlined goals on how to attain success for its new strategy. In 2017, Telco has taken the knowledge gained from it’s experience and coupled it with acquiring resources, to offer full electo-mechanical solution to its clients. TELCO is
now focused on applying its skill set and resources to attain
success in the field of MEP contracting.
